Landlords

Edinburgh is a truly unique city and it has always had a well-deserved reputation for providing high-value returns for rental properties.

I have taken my whole portfolio of properties away from other agencies and brought them to Connell & McFadden, the best move I have ever made, amazing work guys!
Mr Pinkine, Edinburgh

With so many letting firms to choose from why do our clients choose to come to Connell & McFadden, and as importantly, why do they come back again?  We have worked very hard to differentiate ourselves, not only on the level of customer service we offer, but also on the range of property management services we can provide.

As well our own website we also market all our properties through Zoopla and Lettingweb.

Developing professional, long-term relationships with our landlords is the key to our business, being there for you whenever you need extra support or advice. We believe that your property investment is important, no matter how big or small, so we give the same exceptionally high level of personal service to every one of our landlords.

Our philosophy for property management is not just about finding a tenant for your property; it’s about finding the right tenant for you in an exceptionally short period of time, whilst still achieving the highest potential for your investment.  It’s about providing a tailor-made support solution that meets your needs, and it’s about going that extra mile to make your experience as a landlord as simple and hassle-free as possible.

We know that it’s not just about letting the property out and collecting the rental each month.  Many of our landlords lead very busy lives or don’t live in Edinburgh and this means that they need more than just the basic service.  Because of our flexibility, and experience we can tailor the level of support you need, saving you time and effort in the future and providing you with complete peace of mind.

Connell & McFadden property Management are accredited by Landlord Accreditation Scotland. (LAS) a voluntary scheme by which landlords and letting agents can assure tenants that the tenancy arrangements they have adhere to the high standards outlined in the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords. Becoming an accredited landlord or letting agent with LAS is a way of demonstrating to landlords and tenants that your management practices are above the minimum legal requirements.  The standards that have to be met prior to being awarded accredited status are reasonable and realistic; landlords who already carry out good management practices are well on their way to achieving them.
