A full property renovation of a Victorian semi-detached vila. With a new, repositioned kitchen, new bathroom and fittings throughout.

This extensive renovation was completed to modernise a traditional property with many hidden features. The kitchen was relocated to come off the living room to offer a more practical living space. A new kitchen, in keeping with the character of the property, was fitted, along with a modern shower room with luxury fittings. A new boiler and heating system was also installed alongside a full electrical rewire. Restoration work was completed on the period features, original doors, sash and case windows and wooden flooring. Additionally plastering was completed, new ironmongery was fitted to the internal doors, the fireplace was stripped out with a new tiled hearth put in place and a new front door was fitted.
